Returns

We want you to love your purchase but if something isn’t quite right, our returns and refunds process is simple and hassle-free, just follow the steps below to get started.

Please check all orders upon receipt. Any missing or damaged items must notify to us within 72 hours of delivery by email at [email protected] or by telephone on 03332 004321 in order to arrange a replacement or discuss return options.

We accept returns of unrequired orders within 7 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and in a saleable condition.

A refund (excluding any delivery charges) will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a tracked postal service to avoid any loss or delays in transit, as we cannot be responsible for items that do not reach us.
