Don’t you hate it when you order online and get no clear indication of when you’ll receive your goods? So do we! That’s why when you order with EVSelect, all our goods are sent via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service, meaning we guarantee swift delivery with trusted delivery agents.

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of your order confirmation. This time may be a little longer during busier periods. We aim to maintain high stock levels from our suppliers, however on occasions we may run short, in which case any delays will be notified by telephone or email, at which time you will have the right to cancel your order.

We do not dispatch Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays. Orders received on these days will be processed on the next working day.

We’ll dispatch postage free orders over the value of £75.00 to a mainland UK address (Exclusions Apply) within 1-2 working days on a 2-3 working day delivery service. A delivery charge of £4.50 will be made on all orders, to the value of £75.00 posted to a UK address.

For a delivery charge of £8.50 we can offer an Express Dispatch Service which offers a 1–2-day Delivery Service (to a mainland UK address). Please note that this is not a guaranteed next day delivery service. We aim for same day dispatch when an order is placed before 2pm Monday – Friday.

Due to shipping limitations, our offer of ‘Carriage Free on orders over £75.00’ applies to Mainland UK addresses only. Please contact our office on [email protected] for deliveries charges on orders over £75.00 to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles before placing an order.

As we use a 3rd party courier, we cannot guarantee a Saturday delivery and are unable to accept liability for late deliveries.

EV Select reserve the right to dispatch orders by whichever carrier makes most logistical sense regardless of customers preference.
